“Mannequin Park: Watch out for Banshees” (Steve C. Miller)

Three days ago our main lady-killer Ammon (don’t worry Mrs. Ammon, I mean lady murderer) caught you up on a flick by Steven C. Miller called SCREAM OF THE BANSHEE. In specific, he threw a look at genre mainstay Lance Henriksen appearing all badass and ready to hunt some mothafu*kin’ ghosts.

And while plot details on the flick are still more roiled than Mike Jackson’s gender, we do have a spiffy little production still from via the director’s Twitter account. As you can see, it features a yard littered with mannequin body parts (and the corresponding caption Miller laced it with).

We also know, and have known, that Lauren Holly will appear alongside Henriksen, and that the film will be part of After Dark’s 2010 roster of 8 Films To Die For.

Miller, who helmed the 2006 bloodbath AUTOMATON TRANSFUSION, also seems to have a sequel for that film in the works, one entitled AUTOMATON TRANSFUSION: CONTINGENCY. The man also has the long-lingering MOTEL HELL remake in development, as he does a project called AREA 52 (but Oren Peli might have something to say about that!)

Stay tuned, that Twitter can get awfully addictive!
