We’re only a few weeks away from Nelson McCormack’s THE STEPFATHER, and you can just smell the excitement in the air. Or maybe that’s just Amber Heard’s scent wafting through the monitor… Whatever the case, I’m guessing this is the best image the movie has to offer… (There’s a few choice ones we showed you earlier this month as well.)

But you ladies are lucky too, as there’s some new topless Penn Badgley action below. As if this remake weren’t unappealing enough, now I know Badgley’s shaved chest gets ample screen-time…

Michael Harding (Badgley) returns home from military school to find his mother happily in love and living with her new boyfriend, David (Dylan Walsh). As the two men get to know each other, Michael becomes more and more suspicious of the man who is always there with a helpful hand. Is he really the man of her dreams or could David be hiding a dark side?

In addition to Heard, Badgeley, and Walsh, THE STEPFATHER also stars Sela Ward, Christopher Meloni and Sherry Stringfield. It opens on OCTOBER 16th, and will probably make around $20 million opening weekend.
