Back in July we learned that THE ROAD landed an R rating and there wasn’t a dry eye on the internet who couldn’t have been happier. We haven’t heard much about the THE ROAD since then, but let me tell you… it was worth the wait!

Directed by John Hillcoa based on the book by Cormac McCarthy, THE ROAD is a post-apocalyptic tale of a man and his son trying to survive by any means possible.
Charlize Theron and Guy Pearce also show up, and I don’t give a crap how talented the make-up artist is, it’s impossible to make Theron look ugly, even under mass amounts of dirt and grime. Ok, I take that back. She was damn ugly in MONSTER. I stand corrected. That said, she’s looking pretty fine here.
