Those of you really excited about SyFy’s remake of CHILDREN OF THE CORN (…anyone…?) can mark their calendars for SEPTEMBER 26th – because that’s when it’ll be ready to smack you upside the head with its potential awfulness. Not that I want to judge it before I see it, but… yeah I do. This movie will most likely be hilariously bad. I’m there.

Former Vietnam vet BURT’s marriage to former prom queen VICKY is on the rocks, but Burt hopes to rekindle their old flame with a second honeymoon driving trip. Unfortunately, their journey takes them into the heart of darkness – a seemingly deserted rural community that conceals a grim secret among its rows of tall corn…

CHILDREN OF THE CORN, directed by Donald Borchers, stars David Anders, Kandyse McClure, Preston Bailey and Daniel Newman.
