Director Joshua Grannell was cool enough to send us this first-look teaser poster for his horror/comedy ALL ABOUT EVIL. The flick boasts a pretty cool cast, including Natasha Lyonne (Slums of Beverly Hills, But I’m A Cheerleader), Thomas Dekker (Sarah Connor Chronicles, A Nightmare On Elm Street), Cassandra Peterson (Elvira), and Mink Stole (Pink Flamingos, Serial Mom).
All About Evil is a wicked black comedy set in the world of a horror movie about a mousy librarian (Natasha Lyonne) who inherits her father’s beloved but failing old movie house. In order to save the family business she discovers her inner serial killer – and a legion of rabid gore fans – when she starts turning out a series of grisly shorts. What her fans don’t realize yet is that the murders in the movies are all too real!
Not exactly sure when we’ll get to see this thing, but it sounds like it has mucho potential. I quite enjoy movies with this sick sense of humor; sounds as though ALL ABOUT EVIL could venture into John Waters territory. When we find out more, you will too.
