It has been a little while since we’ve reported anything from camp THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, but have no fear we have a nice little piece of info that should get you all excited.
How would you like to see a nice 6-minute prologue of the film? Well come December 16 you can; if you check out MISSION IMPOSSIBLE – GHOST PROTOCOL the prologue will play before the film. I know I was intending to see the impossible mission at the IMAX so what a great treat! I wonder if this will actually help ticket sales?
You might remember they pulled a similar stunt with THE DARK KNIGHT and played the first 6-minutes of that film with I AM LEGEND. Just be sure to note this extra will not screen at IMAX Digital places but rather ones with IMAX 70mm, so chose your locations wisely.
THE DARK KNIGHT RISES officially comes out July 20, 2012 and it will star Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anne Hathaway (below), Tom Hardy, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Josh Stewart and Juno Temple.
