RLJ Entertainment has unwrapped the first trailer for A CHRISTMAS HORROR STORY, a TRICK R TREAT-like anthology focusing on three intertwined tales of yuletide horror. And not unlike the aforementioned Halloween cult classic, CHRISTMAS HORROR STORY appears to have healthy doses of both horror and humor. And when your film co-stars William Shatner and features Santa fighting off possessed elves, I suppose you had prepare to be a little cheeky.

Check out the synopsis:

Christmas is supposed to be a time of joy, peace and goodwill. But for some folks in the small town of Bailey Downs, it turns into something much less festive.  When Krampus – the anti-Santa who punishes the naughty children – is summoned by a young boy, everyone’s fight for survival begins.

Grant Harvey, Steven Hoban and Brett Sullivan combined to direct A CHRISTMAS HORROR STORY, which hits theaters, VOD and iTunes on Friday, October 2nd.
