A Quiet Place Part II gets a poster and teaser trailer

A Quiet Place Part II John Krasinski Emily Blunt Millicent Simmonds Noah Jupe

Yesterday Total Film was the first to get their hands on a first look image from A QUIET PLACE PART II. Now we've managed to get our hands on that image without the Total Film watermark (that's it above), along with the first poster for the film and a short teaser trailer.

Written and directed by John Krasinski, A QUIET PLACE PART II stars returning A QUIET PLACE cast members Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe. The synopsis:

Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.

New additions to the cast include Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou.

Krasinski produced A QUIET PLACE PART II with Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller. Allyson Seeger, Joann Perritano, and Aaron Janus served as executive producers.

The teaser trailer embedded below doesn't do much more than confirm that Blunt, Simmonds, and Jupe are back and continuing to keep quiet, but if this isn't enough to get you hyped, don't worry – Paramount has already announced that a full trailer will be released online on New Years Day.

A QUIET PLACE PART II is scheduled to reach theatres, Dolby Cinema, and IMAX on March 20, 2020.
