Paterson (Adam Driver) is a bus driver in the city of Paterson, New Jersey – they share the name. Every day, Paterson adheres to a simple routine of driving his daily route, observing the city as it drifts across his windshield and overhearing fragments of conversation swirling around him. I've only seen one film by Jim Jarmusch, and that was GHOST DOG: WAY OF THE SAMURAI. I know that film has a lot of fans, but I can't say I was one of them. Still, Adam Driver is a fascinating actor to watch, and I love that despite his recent success in the Star Wars universe, he's still keeping up appearances in independent film.
