Can’t think of a better day to WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES!

News this Halloween continues to mount, no doubt due to today’s AFM kickoff. As such, we thought we’d update you on some sales info regarding two worthy genre flicks. The first is the brutal Liam Neeson kidnap thriller A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES, directed by frequent script doctor Scott Frank (THE LOOKOUT).

According to Variety, Exclusive Media has completed a multi-territory all rights deal with Alliance for Canada, Momentum for the U.K. and Aurum for Spain. It’s also closed deals with Pony Canyon for Japan, Metropolitan for France, Square One/Wild Bunch for Germany, Implus for Switzerland, Village Roadshow for Greece, Boomerang for South Korea, CDC for Latin America, Lusomondo for Portugal and Surreal for CIS + Baltic States.

Sweet deal for Neeson and Frank, ay? Here’s how the flick shapes up:

Formerly a cop with the NYPD, now an unlicensed private eye and a recovering alcoholic haunted by past mistakes, Matt Scudder (Liam Neeson) is hired to find the kidnapped wife of a drug dealer. He operates just outside the law where the police don’t go to track down the kidnappers, who he discovers have been involved in multiple kidnappings and brutal murders.

Meanwhile, David Hayter’s new film WOLVES has been sold by TF1 to various territories globally, including Germany (square One), Japan (CCC), Russia (Art Film Distribution) and the Middle East (Falcon). Entertainment One is handling all North American and UK distribution.

WOLVES stars Lucas Till as Cayden Richards, who at 18, has it all: Captain of the high school football team, straight-A student, gorgeous girlfriend. But when he wakes one dark night to find his parents brutally murdered, he is horrified to realize that he is turning into an animal: a wild, savage wolf.

WOLVES is currently shooting in Canada for a summer 2013 release. A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES is set to lens this February in New York.

Kaitlyn Leeb, the 3-titted chick in the TOTAL REMAKE remake, stars in WOLVES!
