The sequel to the 2010 Tim Burton film finds Alice (Mia Wasikowska) wake up in Wonderland where she must travel through a mysterious new world to retrieve a magical scepter that can stop the evil Lord of Time before he turns forward the clock and turns Wonderland into a barren, lifeless old world. What a killjoy, eh? It was quite a wait for this sequel to finally hit and if you've any interest, you might like the following clip where the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp) meets Alice for the first time, but not the other way around. See what I mean below!

ALICE IN WONDERLAND was one of those movies that grossed a boatload, but you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone that actually liked it. It's possible that a lot of folks were seeing it to experience that "3D" all the kids were talking about. Now that 3D has been around for a little while, I'm curious(er) to see if this ALICE flick will gross as much as its predecessor. My gut says, "no", but my gut also has shit for brains.

ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS hits theaters on May 27th.
