A few months ago, we heard that Denise Richards (Valentine) had signed on to star in Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace, a sequel to the 2020 action horror film called Angels Fallen. Angels Fallen was distributed by Uncork’d Entertainment, and that company will be releasing the sequel sometime in 2023. With the new year quickly approaching, a teaser trailer for Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace has been unveiled and can be seen in the embed above.

Richards was in the news last month because she was shot at in a road rage incident. Thankfully, she made it through that situation unharmed.

Directed by Ali Zamani, Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace will show us what happens when the hero Gabriel rounds up his motley crew of demon slayers, styled as the ‘Warriors of Peace’, to fight an apocalypse-bound army of the dead.

Richards will be playing “a tough weapons expert charged with arming Gabriel’s crew.” Also in the cast are Arifin Putra (The Raid 2), Michael Teh (Blood Redd), Josh Burdett (WarHunt), Lee Kholafai (Glass Jaw), Korrina Rico (Abstraction), Silvio Simac (Man of Tai Chi), and Greg Canestrari (Obsession: Dark Desires).

Kholafai is producing the film for Eleven Seven Productions, along with Jeff Miller of Millman Productions, Ronnie D Lee of Ron Lee Productions, Djonny Chen of Silent D Pictures, and Zeus Zamani. Andreas Olavarria of Bossa Nova Productions serves as executive producer, and April Kelley is co-producer.

Keith Leopard of Uncork’d provided the following statement: “Denise Richards, in a real departure, is a force to be reckoned with in Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace as a gun-toting weapons expert. She has some fabulous action sequences, expertly directed by Ali Zamani, and her fans are going to eat it up. With state-of-the-art effects, superb choreography, and a wonderful cast, there’s no denying Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace will be one of Uncork’d’s big ticket releases next summer.

Zeus Zamani added: “We knew we needed a distributor that could appreciate and get behind a star-driven, wild horror romp. With their great track record, particularly within this genre, Uncork’d Entertainment is the perfect home for Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace.
