Last week, we told you about the boxing drama THE FIGHTER that would see THE DEPARTED bff’s Matt Damon and Mark Wahlberg re-team for another go-round of dreamy-eyed, hunky male bonding. IGN has recently learned that geek-loved auteur and Rachel Weisz hubby Darren Aronofsky will be directing the project for Paramount. This would presumably be his next project (though the IMDB has him directing a drama/thriller titled BLACK SWAN sometime in the near future) as it’s scheduled to start filming this summer. Of course, this is still in the all-too nebulous rumor category since no one is giving official confirmation bu as soon as we hear more, we’ll relay it to you lickidy split.
