So did y’all see Jimmy Cameron chatting up his new flick AVATAR on “60 Minutes” last night? Well, if you missed it, you can find a profile of it here. But until you hop over that way, cop a look at yet another killer clip from the man’s mega 3-D extravaganza (courtesy of IGN).

Just a week ago we hit you with a quick chase sequence involving our lead character being chased by some kind of beast akin to Earth’s dinosaurs (known as Thenators). Well, this basically picks up where we left off, ramps up the action, and perhaps best of all, is five times longer!

Let me contextualize this baby. When our paraplegic war vet Jake is assigned to the distant planet of Pandora to learn about their native population (the Na’vi), he recombines his DNA to look resemble on of their own. But some creatures just can’t be fooled (or don’t discriminate), as a prehistoric looking animal savagely tries make the man part of it’s noon time feeding. Can our boy survive? Or at least go unscathed?

Scope the clip below to found out!

AVATAR screens globally December 18th.
