Axelle Carolyn’s Soulmate gets an eerie new promo poster

Axelle Carolyn and Neil Marshall have teamed up on the atmospheric ghost story SOULMATE, which is currently at AFM looking for distribution. The film recently won best screenplay at the La Samain Du Cinema Fantastique Festival 2013, so advance word is already positive. Below you’ll find a promo poster for the film, which gives you an idea of the project’s spooky atmosphere.

Soulmate follows a young woman who retreats to a remote cottage after a failed suicide attempt. She soon discovers the cottage is haunted by its previous owner but decides to remain, hoping to find comfort in the ghost.

The cast of SOULMATE includes Anna Walton, Tom Wisdom, Clare Higgins, Nick Brimble and Emma Cleasby. We’ll update you with release date news once it comes in.
