About a month ago we got our first look at the theatrical trailer for HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2. With the release date almost a month away, clips are bound to surface featuring the titular dragons doing what they do best; being awesome. They don’t start out that way, however, as this new clip shows:
Dreamworks had my money before they could even finish saying the title for HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2. From what I’ve read, the filmmakers are intent on not rehashing what worked so well in the original, and really expanding on the mythology previously established. As a film score enthusiast, all that “movie” stuff” is just icing on the musical cake of what John Powell will deliver this time around!
HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2, featuring the vocal talents of Jay Baruchel, Kit Harington, Gerard Butler, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchett, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, will find its way into theaters on June 13, 2014.
