Angela Bassett and Noah Wyle will join Kate Beckinsale, Alan Alda, Vera Farmiga, Harry Lennix, David Schwimmer and Matt Dillon in Rod Lurie’s upcoming drama/thriller NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. Coming from Lurie’s own script, the film stars Beckinsale as a reporter who reveals the identity of a CIA agent but because of her refusal to disclose her source, she goes to jail. Bassett will play her supportive editor-in-chief with Wyle playing the lawyer assigned to her case. Production began this month in Memphis. Bassett was most recently heard in Disney’s animated feature MEET THE ROBINSONS and Wyle can next be seen in the drama BOY OF PIGS.
