Battle: Los Angeles’ Aaron Eckhart calls film “most badass f*ckin’ alien movie ever!”

True sentiment or marketing ploy? That, dear friends, is what we’re after…

Speaking with Scene Louisiana, where the film was shot, star Aaron Eckhart (right) boasted all kinds of positivity regarding Jonathan Liebesman’s epic actioner BATTLE: LOS ANGELES. Before you check the flick out this Friday (March 11th), read what Eckhart had to say:

“You have to stop thinking like a p***y. The Marines that have trained us are always deriding the other armed branches, but I wouldn’t know anything about that. All of those guys are asked to do some pretty nasty s**t, so hopefully we can make them proud.”

Dude continued with:

“First of all, [Jonathan] is a f***ing brilliant director. We are making a documentary, ‘house to house’ film. It’s going to blow your mind. We are making the most badass f***ing alien movie you’ve ever seen in your life.”

Pretty bold words from Mr. Harvey Dent there, ay? Wonder if he’s just two-facing us all unto buying a ticket, or if he legitimately feels this way. Either way, I’m kind of more impressed with what Michelle Rodriguez had to say about her experience:

“My last night in Shreveport, I experienced line dancing to hip hop music. Isn’t that dope, dude?

Maybe not as dope you look in the shot below, Mich, but I hear ya. I definitely hear ya.

With Bridget Moynahan, Joey King, Michael Pena, Ne-Yo, Ramon Rodriguez, Taylor Handley, Cory Hardrict, Jadin Gould, Bryce Cass and Lucas Till also starring, BATTLE: LOS ANGELES gets underway this Friday.
