Beer, boobs and baseball fill the red-band trailer for Everybody Wants Some

EVERYBODY WANTS SOME, Richard Linklater's spiritual sequel to DAZED AND CONFUSED, follows a group of college baseball players as they navigate their way through the freedoms and responsibilities of unsupervised adulthood. You may have seen the previous trailer for this flick, but now we have the red-band interation that does this film some justice. Definitely not safe for work!

Now THIS is the kind of trailer I was looking for! While the last trailer was bad by any means, it didn't exactly deliver that "genuinity" that Linklater is known for. The man has a knack for tapping into time periods and chronicling a character's progression over that period. I love DAZED AND CONFUSED and while I was a bit wary of the sequel comparison at first, I have no doubt that it will do for college what that movie did for High School. This flick has the added benefit of boobs, so that's already a leg up on DAZED!

EVERYBODY WANTS SOME will see a limited release on April 1st before a wide release on April 15th.
