Hopefully you can’t get enough “Walking Dead” action, because obviously it’s not going to stop for a while. (Although when the f*ck are they going to release an official trailer?!) Just a few hours ago we brought you some new stills from the series, and now there’s a very, very cool behind-the-scenes video up at the official AMC site. It’s been embedded below for your viewing pleasure.

In the vid we get an intensive look at the creation of the first zombie seen in the show – dubbed “The Bicycle Girl” (that’s the lovely lady above). This is will be like catnip for those of you who are interested in make-up effects, as we get to hear Greg Nicotero talk about cobbling together the grotesque creature; there’s also a neat time-lapse sequence that whittles down the three-hour make-up process into about three minutes.

Enjoy the video, and don’t forget – “The Walking Dead” hits AMC this October.
