It was only last week we told you about and provided the trailer for (below) BULLHEAD, the Belgian film that is one of the Oscar contenders for Best Foreign Language Film.
The film is currently in limited release in the US, and the DVD and Blu-ray release date has been announced. It will hit this coming June 26th, so if you can’t check it out now, there is only a few months wait till it is more widely available.
The film is been receiving a lot of buzz recently, there is some potential there for it to score that Oscar. The last few years the ‘front runner’ hasn’t been the one to take the award home, so can BULLHEAD do it? We’ll find out next Sunday night!
The young Limburg cattle farmer Jacky Vanmarsenille is approached by an unscrupulous veterinarian to make a shady deal with a notorious West-Flemish beef trader.
