Benjamin Walker, who played a vampire-hunting Abraham Lincoln, and Aussie beauty Teresa Palmer, who tangled with the undead in WARM BODIES, have both signed up to star in 2:22, a psychological thriller from Paul Currie.
Here’s how Variety describes the film:
Walker will portray a man whose life is derailed when an ominous pattern of events repeats itself in exactly the same manner every day, ending at precisely 2:22 p.m. He falls for a beautiful woman whose life is threatened by these strange events, forcing him to solve the mystery of 2:22.
According to IMDb, these events kick off after the lead sees strange lights in the sky, so we could be dealing with extraterrestrials here…
Currie co-wrote the script with Todd Stein and Nathan Parker. Production begins this October in Australia.
