Bermuda Island trailer: Tom Sizemore stars in creature feature

Sam Raimi was attached to direct a sci-fi thriller set in the Bermuda Triangle for quite a while – then when he went off to replace Scott Derrickson as the director of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Derrickson stepped in to take the helm of Bermuda. That was almost three years ago and we’re still waiting to hear further information on that Bermuda Triangle project. In the meantime, Mahal Empire is set to release a creature feature called Bermuda Island on January 20th, and you can watch the trailer for the film in the embed above!

Producers Michael Mahal and Sonny Mahal crafted the story for Bermuda Island, which was directed by Adam Werth (Rancher’s Kin) from a screenplay by Crossbreed writer Robert Thompson. The film has the following synopsis: Passengers on their way to a tropical paradise crash at sea and find themselves on a deserted island. Desperate to survive the elements and infighting between survivors, they find that the island has more in store for them than they could ever imagine.

Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan) stars alongside Noel Gugliemi (The Fast and the Furious), John Wells (Christmas Collision), Greg Tally (Swamp Lion), Sarah French (Blind), Victor V Gelsomino (Arena Wars), Wesley Cannon (Night of the Tommyknockers), Kevin Hager (Bridge of the Doomed), Denny Nolan (Death Count), Dane Bingenheimer (Range 15), BJ Mezek (Amber Road), Lisa Hinds (Christmas at the Holly Hotel), Kimberly Lynn Cole (Body Snatchers), Robert Anderson (South by Southwest), Kyosuke Makai (Attack of the Unknown), Rudy Ledbetter (Appetite for Sin), Tracy Obonna (The Harder They Fall), Crystal J. Huang (Chinese Speaking Vampires), Earl Gray (Tall Men), Dave Shecter (Beloved Beast), Victoria Kelemen (Cupcake), Hans Hernke (Demons at Dawn), Jackson Everest (Camp Pleasant Lake), Sephdok Ramone (From Dusk Till Bong), and Bill Victor Arucan (Terror Toons 4).

Bermuda Island is receiving a limited theatrical release and will also be reaching Blu-ray, DVD, and VOD on January 20th. What did you think of the film’s trailer? Will you be watching this movie later this month? Share your thoughts on this one by leaving a comment below.
