Wes Craven looks to be dichotomizing his time between pimping MY SOUL TO TAKE and filming SCREAM 4. Leave it to trusty social networking sites like Twitter and Flickr for his brief news updates then, as we have for you now. That’s right y’all…a pair of new set photos from SCREAM 4 have sprouted, and it looks like whoever gets killed in this particular scene did a good amount of blood-covered sofa-fondling. Check it…

Via Craven’s Flickr account, the first photo shows a camera crew hiding behind a drape of plastic, which also shrouds the camera from getting grue-caked. Wes called this one “Prepping a Blood Shot.” Click HERE to see the pic.

The second photo, as alluded to, shows a white sofa covered in a myriad of gory handprints. Wes lovably referred to the look above as “After a Hard Day’s Work.”

Stalking theaters April 15, 2011 – SCREAM 4 stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Adam Brody, Marley Shelton, Anthony Anderson, Marielle Jaffe, Nico Tortorella, Rory Culkin, Lucy Hale, Mary McDonnell, Alison Brie (below) and Erik Knudsen.
