It’s been over two years since we first wrote up MACHINE GIRL, the insane Japanese gorefest from director Noboru Iguchi (who has since helmed ROBOGEISHA and MUTANT GIRLS SQUAD). It had a nice festival run all throughout 2008, but never got a proper release here in the states, so most of us have missed out on its eccentric bloodletting… But that all changes this spring! (It is worth noting, however, that our own Jason Adams caught the flick for his Awfully Good column, the lucky dog.)

MACHINE GIRL will be hitting Blu-ray on MARCH 29th, just a couple of short months away. No details are available just yet, but hopefully we’ll get a peek behind the scenes of the intense madness on display.
