Book of Blood trailer

The last time we got a Clive Barker movie actually wasn’t too long ago, although for some reason it feels like it doesn’t it? Of course, with all of MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN‘s release hassles, I almost STILL feel like I haven’t seen it. But I have, and it’s an enjoyable – if unhinged – horror flick, so maybe we can expect the same from BOOK OF BLOOD. Based on the preview, I’d say it’s probably as off-the-wall as MMT, but it’s clearly living in Barker country.

We’ve finally got a trailer for the long-overdue adaptation of Clive Barker’s story – actually, two of his stories: “The Book of Blood” and “On Jerusalem Street”. The flick comes from director John Harrison (Sci-Fi Channel’s DUNE mini-series), and Barker himself was a producer.

Click on the box below to check out the trailer. BOOK OF BLOOD hits DVD/Blu-Ray in September.
