Usually January is a pretty bleak month, but the first month of 2010 isn’t looking too shabby, with DAYBREAKERS and THE BOOK OF ELI leading the charge. The latter, the first theatrical feature film from The Hughes Brothers in 9 years, comes out on JANUARY 15th, and we’ve got a cool behind-the-scenes look at the post-apocalyptic action thriller below, which highlights the stunts and violence of the movie.

And if that hasn’t quenched your thirst for ELI goods, head on over to MSN to check out a couple of cool motion comics.

In a post-apocalyptic America where the once-picturesque countryside has become a desolate and violent wasteland, one man (Denzel Washington) fights to protect that sacred tome that could hold the key to the survival of the human race. Mila Kunis (pictured below), Gary Oldman, Michael Gambon, Jennifer Beals, and Ray Stevenson co-star.
