As we muster through the slumber of September (minus PRISONERS, of course) there's light at the end of the tunnel as October is nearly here and with it the kickoff of the fall movie season. There's a hell of a great offering of flicks on the way and one of them features none other than the first onscreen team up of two action legends. ESCAPE PLAN, starring Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, brings the two icons together as a pair of prisoners trapped in a high tech prison run by a villainous warden (is there any other kind?) played by Jim Caviezel. Joining their ranks is Vincent D'Onofrio, Amy Ryan, Sam Neill, Vinnie Jones, and ol' 50 Cent. Today, we have two new TV spots that give you a few more glimpses into the action and set up of the pic.

Make a plan:

There's just no way I'm going to miss ESCAPE PLAN. You can't ignore a film that has both Stallone and Schwarzenegger finally teaming up. Yeah, it looks all kinds of 1992, but guess what? That's what I want! We'll have more of the duo working together in THE EXPENDABLES 3 and both have other projects cooking that will be more "contemporary," but for now I'm happy to have something on the way that really feels like an ode to the era they owned.

ESCAPE PLAN is set to break out on October 18, 2013.
