Bullet Train: New trailer features Brad Pitt battling Bad Bunny & an appearance from Sandra Bullock

Sony Pictures has released a new trailer for the action-thriller Bullet Train and it features Brad Pitt battling it out with Bad Bunny and an appearance from Sandra Bullock.

In the action-comedy from director David Leitch which is based on the novel “Maria Beetle” by Kōtarō Isaka, Bullet Train follows Pitt’s Ladybug, Joey King’s Prince, Andrew Koji’s Kimura, Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Tangerine, Brian Tyree Henry’s Lemon, and Zazie Beetz’s Hornet, five assassins who venture abroad the titular Japanese locomotive. They’re in pursuit of various targets and as they begin their work, the five assassins come to learn that their assignments are interconnected and they have to figure out a way to survive the trip.

Bad Bunny, who is best known for his red-hot music career, previously gushed about working with Brad Pitt to GQ. During the interview, he said, “Brad Pitt was super fire. Sometimes during filming, they’d yell ‘Cut!’ and I would think, ‘What the f**k I’m here with Brad Pitt!'”

As for Sandra Bullock, this is just two big stars trading off cameo roles in each other’s films. He did her a solid by appearing in a scene-stealing cameo role in The Lost City and she returned the favor for Bullet Train. I believe we heard her voice in the previous trailer but we now get to see her in the flesh.

In addition to the aforementioned cast members, the film also stars Masi Oka, Michael Shannon, Logan Lerman, Hiroyuki Sanada, and Karen Fukuhara. With a screenplay penned by Zak Olkewicz, Bullet Train is expected to hit screens on August 5, 2022.
