Caan & co. in Middle

JoBloJoBlo

Curse the internet for making pornography so accessible. This unlimited access that I’ve had at my finger tips for the last decade has warped the way I perceive sex and women, and made it impossible for me to every be in a healthy relationship. I want to know whose fault it is that I will live the rest of my life wanting only women with piercings in private places.

Thankfully, we have MIDDLE MEN, an indie flick about the origins of the internet porn industry. Already starring Luke Wilson and Giovanni Ribisi, the film, which is to be directed by George Gallo, just added James Caan, Gabriel Macht, Peter Stormare and Rachael Taylor to its esteemed cast.

I guess I’ve always thought that the internet porn industry originated with a couple of tanned dudes and a van, but apparently it was a lot more complex than that. The script will center on an average businessman who builds the first online billing company dealing exclusively with adult entertainment and who then finds himself mixed up with with starlets, conmen, Russian mobsters, federal agents and international terrorists. Wow. If I had known that so much effort and intrigue went into creating this thing that I now take for granted, I would have spent a lot more than just 4 hours of surfing a day. I feel embarassed.
