Capcom releases epic launch trailer for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite!

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

So the appeal of crossovers – any crossover – is to see characters that normally wouldn't interact…interacting. That's the whole point. We don't really care how it happens (usually involving portals or conveniently never mentioning they've always existed in the same universe), as long as they get to trade barbs and (usually) fists. And in the latter case, the MARVEL VS. CAPCOM series has always succeeded. In the former? Not so much.

However, if anything, it looks like there's going to be a pretty complex story in this one, which is neat. Earlier trailers also hinted at the twists and turns the story ends up taking. Also looking for more cheesy/awesome lines like "Zero?" "No, Oblivion!" or "Business or pleasure?" "Vengence!"

Anyway, any fans of the MARVEL VS. CAPCOM series? And if so, what do you think of INFINITE? Either way, sound off below!

Meanwhile, MARVEL VS. CAPCOM: INFINITE is available on consoles and PC right now!
