Game of Thrones

The world of Westeros and the characters who inhabit it have changed quite a bit since the moment we were first introduced to them. With the long-awaited seventh season finally set to debut this Sunday, you may just need a quick refresher of all the momentous events which have occured over the course of six seasons and sixty episodes. HBO has released a new series trailer which recaps the past six seasons, from Eddard Stark (Sean Bean) arriving at Kings Landing to Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) setting course for Westeros with her massive armada, and three large dragons. Even if you know every twist and turn by heart, it's a good way to get in a Game of Thrones state of mind for Sunday.

According to HBO, the first episode of the seventh season of Game of Thrones, titled Dragonstone, will find Jon Snow (Kit Harington) organizing the defense of the North, Cersei (Lena Headey) trying to even the odds, and Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) coming home. Our own Editor-in-Chief Paul Shirey will be reviewing the episodes of the seventh season, so keep an eye open for his review!
