There’s been some new developments on Steven Soderbergh’s two-part Ernesto “Che” Guevara biopic that some of you may be interested to know. First of all, the films are no longer known as THE ARGENTINE and GUERRILLA but CHE PART 1: THE ARGENTINE and CHE PART 2: GUERILLA. Second, they finally have a release date. They’ll both be released in limited theaters simultaneously, though as two separate admissions, on January 9th with expansion in the top 25 markets on January 16th and 25th and continued roll-outs after that. The full four hour extravaganza will be shown in New York City at the Ziegfeld Theater and in Los Angeles at The Landmark as a special 1 week even starting on December 12th. Finally, eight new clips have made their way online courtesy of “Showbiz Cafe”. Click through to check them out.
