At long last, we know what After Dark’s 8th Film to Die For is: KILL THEORY. The Chris Moore-directed film has been a long time coming (we wrote our last piece on it in December ’08) but it will finally see the light of day on JANUARY 29th thanks to After Dark, which has included the flick in its 4th Horrorfest.

Here’s the deal: A group of college students visit a secluded vacation home to celebrate their upcoming graduation. The fun doesn’t last long when a sadistic psychopath forces them to participate in his deadly contest. The rules are simple — in order to survive they must kill each other. As tension builds, and relationships begin to crumble, they realize that only one can make it out alive. Could you trust your boyfriend? Your girlfriend? Your best friend? Only one can go home. So who will be the last man or woman standing?

KILL THEORY stars Agnes Bruckner, Theo Rossi, Patrick Flueger and Taryn Manning.

This year’s “fest” includes a wide range of horror from psychological to slasher, creature feature to ghost story. This year’s titles are: Dread, Lake Mungo, The Reeds, The Graves, Zombies of Mass Destruction, The Final, Kill Theory, and Hidden. The Ultimate Horror Event – HORRORFEST – 8 FILMS TO DIE FOR – In Theatres January 29th-February 4th.
