Jack Carr’s Terminal List book series will be hitting its 9th entry next year, with the second book being adapted for the Chris Pratt-led Amazon Prime show. I actually hadn’t watched the first season when it was released, so I had to do a quick catch-up for this season, and I was very impressed. It’s likely Pratt’s best role, and it goes a lot darker than I expected it to. It has managed to keep the momentum going and provides a very entertaining second season (you can check out Alex Maidy’s review HERE).
I was fortunate enough to talk to stars Chris Pratt and Constance Wu all about the newest season. With Chris starring in so many different big-budget TV shows and films, we discuss whether or not there’s much difference between the two in the modern era. Constance discussed what it was like to add gun training to her repertoire. And Pratt gets into how former UFC champ Valentina Shevchenko got involved in the show. This was an interesting chat that you can check out in the embedded video above.
The Terminal List Season Two plot:
The psychological revenge thriller of season one opens up into a globe-trotting espionage thriller taking Reece across the Indian Ocean, Mozambique, Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. To clear his name, Reece must work with the CIA to stop a resurgent terrorist organization that has turned his friend and former operator, MO FAROOQ (Dar Salim), to their cause. With help from returning fan favorites like RAIFE HASTINGS (Tom Hopper), KATIE BURANEK (Constance Wu), and newcomers like FREDDY STRAIN (Gabriel Luna), Reece will uncover a conspiracy that reaches from Moscow to Langley and ties into his own family’s history.
