It’s been a few years since I’ve frequented the View Askew message board but when I did, one of the last things I remembered about The Board was frightening. For some random reason, Kevin Smith had posted a picture of Jason Mewes’ butthole. Not a profile shot. Not a glamour shot with a soft focus. More like a “the camera’s six inches from your butthole” shot. I though it would be a great bit to open the Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith interviews with but unfortunately, Jason bypassed us in the craziness of the situation and Kevin wasn’t attending the press line, so I was ass out of luck on my Jason Mewes’ asshole story, which I thought they’d dig. But here’s the story now and if they happen to be reading this, Johnny Moreno from JoBlo.com was going to open his interview with Jason and Kevin with a “I saw a picture of Jason’s asshole” story.
In any case, we did wind up interviewing the lovely Elizabeth Banks about her character and chatted briefly with Seth Rogen about sticking to the script vs. improving, the NC-17 rating and the act of shooting your own…nevermind. In other words, a lot of sexy talk. ZACK AND MIRI MAKE A PORNO hits theaters on October 31st.
