Cool Videos: Game of Thrones: Long Story Short

We know the story of GAME OF THRONES, but how about getting it started? One can only imagine what it took to get an adaptation like that from the printed page to the small screen. Apparently it took 2 passionate fans, executive producers and writers David Benioff and Dan Weiss, and a call to creator George R.R. Martin.

At least that’s how it kicked off. Oh, and they did have to answer one question from Martin correctly, or at least to his liking.
