Cool Videos: Yippie-Ki-Yay! Ode to Die Hard for Christmas music video

So, the original DIE HARD is my all-time favorite movie.  It’s been that way for decades now and it’ll never change.  I’ve seen tons of great films since then, but none have topped it for me.  It’s the quintessential action film in my book and remains at the top of the stack even after 24 years.  That’s no small feat.

Traditionally, I watch DIE HARD on Christmas Eve, usually once a year.  It’s my own cheesy little ritual and I remain vigilant about it.  It’s a sacred showing for me.  Thankfully, it looks like I’m not the only one, as the band Fortress of Attitude seems to feel the same and have created this sweet ass music video to promote the ultimate tradition of watching DIE HARD on Christmas Eve.  It’s a fun, nod-worthy song that will likely inspire you to pop this bad boy in the blu-ray/DVD player within the next few days.

Yippie-Ki-Yay!:

The fifth outing of the DIE HARD franchise travels to Russia next year in A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD, opening on February 14, 2013.
