Now THIS is more like it!
Over the past few weeks we've seen several short promos for FX's upcoming series "The Strain", but they were essentially teasers that didn't offer us any actual footage from the Guillermo del Toro-produced show. Then last week we got our hands on a new promo which actually gave us a better look at what to expect and arrived to warn us that "He's here". Now we've landed another very cool promo that counts down to the end while giving us a small taste of the baddies from the series. Check it out below.

The Strain is a high-concept thriller that tells the story of Dr. Ephraim Goodweather (Stoll), the head of the Center for Disease Control Canary Team in New York City. He and his team are called upon to investigate a mysterious viral outbreak with hallmarks of an ancient and evil strain of vampirism. As the strain spreads, Eph, his team, and an assembly of everyday New Yorkers wage war for the fate of humanity itself.
