Cowboys and Aliens teaser trailer arrives, and it means business

A couple days ago, I promised that I’d bring y’all the teaser trailer for COWBOYS AND ALIENS as soon as it went up; well, now it’s up, and you can peep it below!

What I like about this so far, at least based on the preview, is that despite its corny title and the potential silliness of its premise, COWBOYS AND ALIENS seems to take itself seriously. The western elements are genuine, and the sci-fi aspect doesn’t appear to be awkwardly shoe-horned in; the Jon Favreau flick isn’t going to be a WILD WILD WEST or JONAH HEX redux, for which we should be quite thankful.
