Crazy Ex-Girlfriend finale to end on a high note with a concert showcase

Rachel Bloom, who stars as lawyer Rebecca Bunch on the comedy series CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND, has some very exciting news for fans of the long-running show that now airs courtesy of The CW. As part of the program's series finale, there will be a special musical concert event immediately after the last episode titled Yes, It’s Really Us Singing: The ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’ Concert Special!

The vivacious musical showcase aims to take the show out on a high note beginning on Friday, April 5 at 9 PM ET/PT, at which point Rachel Bloom and the cast of the series will perform live versions of their favorite songs from the show's history, complete with elaborate staging, multimedia visuals, and a live band and orchestra.

“The songwriters of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Rachel Bloom, Jack Dolgen, and Adam Schlesinger, have written more than 150 outstanding songs in our four seasons,” said showrunner and co-creator Aline Brosh McKenna. “It is an unprecedented contribution to the American songbook. I’m so thrilled we can share those songs with the world in a spontaneous format that really showcases their humor and genius.”

Ever since October of 2015, CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND has introduced over 150 songs to fans of the musically-charged rom-com drama, ranging from 'Fuckton of Cats' to 'Period Sex' and much more! Set to be taped in Los Angeles this March, the concert will feature Bloom, Vincent Rodriguez III, Donna Lynne Champlin, Pete Gardner, Vella Lovell, Scott Michael Foster, Skylar Astin and Gabrielle Ruiz, each singing their hearts out for one last hoorah.
