If you either follow the news or watch Arrested Development, you know that back when he was in power, Saddam Hussein used various lookalikes to try and avoid assassination. His son Uday did the same, and now there’s a new film that chronicles the plight of his double.
Dominic Cooper plays bother roles, the psychotic Uday and his unwilling body double Latif. The film shows the lavish lifestyle the dictator’s son lived, and how much of a sociopath he was. A very interesting concept, and one that I would imagine would be a great acting challenge.
