Donnie Yen took to Instagram to announce that he and director Wilson Yip will embark on another adventure together – IP MAN 4! I want to share this very excited news with you all, my good friend Wilson Yip, who had directed all of my last three Ipman series, tonight, we have decided to reunite and continue to make our next project together, Ipman4! Yes! I-P-M-A-N part 4!
I haven't seen the sequels to IP MAN, but I've enjoyed what I've seen of Donnie Yen thus far. The man knows his choreography and he seems like a cool guy. I have a feeling that after ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY hits theaters, he's bound to a have a few more fans in tow. Now if only they could've gotten the man a lightsaber…
