If thus far you’ve been unimpressed with EVAN ALMIGHTY‘s particular brand of Ark-based, animal distich comedy then an eight minute extended clip over at Yahoo is hoping it can change your mind. For those of you still not in the know, let’s recap: Steve Carell’s Evan Baxter is now a congressman schmoozing his way to the top when a prankster Morgan Freeman God appears and instructs him to build an Ark. Though Baxter at first refuses, being followed by a continuous procession of animals and growing a beard at a terrifyingly fast rate ultimately change his mind. Hilarity, of course, ensues. The film floods theaters June 22nd.
