Encino Man 2: Pauly Shore says Sean Astin & Brendan Fraser are ready

The year 2020 has been full of surprises and plot twists but the biggest one yet might be a possible sequel to ENCINO MAN. Pauly Shore definitely wants it to happen and he says that his co-stars, Brendan Fraser and Sean Astin, are also on board.

Over the last week, Pauly Shore has been using social media to campaign for a sequel to ENCINO MAN and his sights have been set specifically on Disney+ being the right home for this sequel to take place. Shore took to his Instagram to let the world know that the cast is ready to make this happen and hopefully Disney+ is listening:

ENCINO MAN was released in 1992 and starred Brendan Fraser, Pauly Shore, and Sean Astin. In the film, when two friends find a frozen caveman in their backyard, they thaw him out and introduce him to modern life while he in turn gets them to actually enjoy life. The film became a modest hit, grossing $40.6 million at the domestic box office before going on to become a bit of a cult classic. Shore seems to believe that an ENCINO MAN sequel is the kind of film that we need right now:
