It’s a frenzy of STAR TREK nuggets lately! Entertainment Weekly has just unveiled the new (or old, I guess, since it’s a prequel/remake/reboot) USS Enterprise as it will appear in JJ Abrams’ upcoming take on the classic franchise.
While the ship looks essentially as expected, it’s in the details — Abrams apparently wanted a fusion of the various TV and movie Enterprises 1701 (letterless through J) with something new tossed into the spacefaring salad, topped off with cutting-edge FX.
