Exclusive 1:1 Interview:The Equalizer’s Chloe Grace Moretz

JoBloJoBlo

Since bursting onto the scene with her instantly iconic performance as Hit-Girl in KICK-ASS, Chloe Grace Moretz has defied expectations by taking-on a wide variety of roles, proving herself equally adept at pretty much every genre there is. Whether it’s an indie like LAGGIES, or a prestige international production like CLOUDS OF SILS MARIA, or a blockbuster like THE EQUALIZER (with all three coincidentally being featured at this year’s TIFF), Moretz can always be depended on to bring her A-game to the part.

Her part in THE EQUALIZER gives the film a lot of its heart, and the chemistry between her and Denzel Washington is exceptional. I was lucky enough to sit down with Moretz for an exclusive 1:1 where we talked a bit about the part, and the process of giving life to a character that initially was written for a much older actress.
