Exclusive clip goes behind the scenes of alien pregnancy comedy Snatchers

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

A concept directors Stephen Cedars and Benji Kleiman have been working on since making a 6 minute short in 2015, the story of SNATCHERS has now been brought to the screen as a feature film. Warners Bros. Home Entertainment gave SNATCHERS a Digital release on January 7th, but its DVD/Blu-ray release is coming up on February 18th (copies can be pre-ordered HERE) and in anticipation of that release we've gotten our hands on an EXCLUSIVE clip that goes behind the scenes of the making of this alien pregnancy comedy.

Scripted by Cedars, Kleiman, and Scott Yacyshyn, SNATCHERS stars Mary Nepi and Gabrielle Elyse, and drops them into the following story:

Senior year is going to rule! Thanks to her relationship with clueless hunk Skyler, Sara is totally in with the cool girls. But Skyler contracted an extraterrestrial bug during his summer vacation. After just one night together, Sara discovers she’s Nine. Months. Pregnant. Desperate to keep her condition on the DL, she turns to the only person she can trust: her nerdy ex-bestie, Hayley. The girls soon realize this alien problem is only just the beginning. Aliens had best beware in this hilarious comedy filled with action and tongue-in-cheek teen spirit.

Special features on the disc release include:

– The Birth of Snatchers: A Behind-the-Scenes Look

– Unexpected: The Snatchers Blooper Reel

– Commentary featuring Directors and Writers Stephen Cedars, Benji Kleiman and Writer Scott Yacyshyn
