The film was directed by George Mendeluk and written by D. Todd Deeken. The cast is pretty solid as well with Jason London, C. Thomas Howell, Judd Nelson, Robert Carradine, Lochlyn Munro, Alicia Leigh Wills, Edrick Brown, Serah D’Laine, Ted Ferguson, Mike Mayhall and Chuck Bush.
A terrorist sets off an explosion that rocks the Federal Building and unleashes a toxic gas throughout the ventilation system.
