Exclusive images will ensnare you in Dark/Web, a digital anthology series

Just last week we learned about Dark/Web, a sci-fi horror anthology coming from producers Mario Miscione, Michael Nardelli, and Autumn Federici, and directors Zelda Williams, Joshua Thurston, Roxy Shih, and Boman Modine. A digital series, Dark/Web has the following synopsis:

The series is framed by the story a group of young adults living in a technologically connected near future in which everything, and every one, is online. When three of them become the target of cryptic emails from someone posing as their childhood friend Molly, they assume she’s been the victim of a hack, only to learn she’s been missing for months. Combining the anthology format with an overarching mystery, as the emails pile up, each one contains a tale ostensibly written by Molly, and clues are uncovered that may lead to her location.

Today, we have a batch of EXCLUSIVE images from the Dark/Web production that give us an early look at its sets and characters. First up is the image above, which features Buffy the Vampire Slayer's Nicholas Brendan in a moment when his character, Cyber Securities & Communications boss Donovan, is making an important decision.

Below we see Noemi Gonzalez's character Molly making a horrifying discovery at the CS&C offices. The third picture shows Molly accessing information at a computer terminal.

The fourth image introduces the characters Zach (Rene Heger) and Ellen (Siobhan Fallon Hogan) as they debate the usefulness of technology in the modern world.

Finally we have producer/director Nardelli stepping in front of the camera to play James, who is discussing urgent news with a doctor (David Reivers).

These pictures don't give much away, but with urgent news, important decisions, and horrifying discoveries in play they definitely have me intrigued to see what's going to happen in this series.
